A powerful guide for women ready to reclaim the narrative.
What if the stories you’ve been told about who you are… aren’t true?
Part personal journey, part practical guide, Reboot Your Story invites women to challenge the limiting beliefs, toxic patterns, and invisible scripts that have shaped their lives for too long. Written with warmth, wisdom, and a splash of wit, this book is a call to action—and a companion for the road to reinvention.
Blending mindset tools, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and soul-deep honesty, author Anne-Cécile Ville shares the lessons she learned after years of navigating burnout, healing from trauma, and surviving the silent chaos of menopausal anxiety. Built around six empowering elements—Rewrite, Adapt, Heal, Positivity, Connect, and Empower—this book offers a clear pathway to reinvention.
Alongside reflective exercises, Reboot Your Story is the first self-help book to also include the support of personalised AI journaling prompts based on your personal wound. Readers are guided to uncover the truth of their inner voice and write a new script—one rooted in power, clarity, and joy.
Whether you’re stepping out of survival mode, facing a major life shift, or simply tired of shrinking to fit someone else’s narrative, Reboot Your Story is your invitation to begin again—on your terms.

Reboot Your Story Launch
In a world overwhelmed by bad news, conflict, and constant pressure — it’s easy to feel powerless. But what if we could change the story? Kicking off the launch of BF Media Lounge and our empowering movement, starting with our flagship book, Reboot Your Story, Anne-Cécile hosts a heartfelt conversation at Juno House Club — an all-women’s membership co-working space and social club — diving into why storytelling matters, how media is shaping our minds, and what it takes to reclaim joy, courage, and connection.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or just craving a more positive vision of the future — this one’s for you.
“When I was a child, I was joyful, confident, smart, and I believed that life was wonderful. But as I grew older, I was told to tone it down and to curate or censor what I said. I learned to fit in and to water down what I truly yearned for. Overtime, I lost that spark that made me — me.
When perimenopause anxiety hit, my world went completely dark. I was on standby, waiting for a reboot. The journey was long and arduous, and when I finally began to see the light again, I didn’t simply want to go back to where I was before it all happened. I wanted to come back to who I truly was — to the child within, my true self — with the added wisdom and lessons of a life well lived.
Along the way, I found the six elements that helped me achieve this. Today, they serve as my daily tools and compass, and I hope they can help you reframe your narrative, find joy, healing, connection, and your true purpose in life.”
Much love,
Anne-Cécile
