Every year, we tell ourselves: “This time will be different.”
We set the goals, buy the planner, and start with hope.

But by March, the routines fade, the pages are empty — and we’re left with guilt, shame, and the sinking feeling that maybe we’re the problem.

The problem isn’t you, it’s the story we’ve been told about how goals “should” work.

This year, we’re rewriting that story. Together.

Instead of punishing resolutions, we’ll create a new narrative for yourself and write small, manageable steps that compound into big change. Tools that feel joyful and exciting to live with — not heavy or overwhelming.

I usually start this process on my own each November. But this year, I don’t want to do it alone. I want us to do it together;  to reflect, release, and set intentions side by side, supported by a circle of women who get it (and with Boris cheering us on 🍆💜).
